Voter Notification Cards

If your name is on the voters' list, you will receive a voter notification card by mail in early October 2018. Voters are not required to show the voter notification card to vote, however, it may be helpful if you bring it along. The card will advise you where to vote on October 22 (Voting Day) and will list advance voting opportunities. If you do not receive a voter notification card, you may not be on the voters’ list. Contact the Municipal Clerk’s Department, or go online to get your name added to the list.

If you find errors on the voters’ list or your voter’s notification card, contact the Clerk’s Department or check online to find out how you can make corrections.

Applications for all revisions, except removal of another person’s name, may be completed at the Municipal Administrative Centre, Clerk’s Department, from September 4 to October 22, 2018, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or on October 22, 2018 (Voting Day) at the appropriate voting place during voting hours (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
